The group was given 15 minutes there, but because we were lost and took the long way, buy the time we got there, we were rushed and didn't get the time the rest of the group had. Please make sure to keep the group together. I do understand it is very hard because of the crowds, so this situation alone would not keep me from taking this tour with this tour group again as everything else in the tour was great.

The tour was great. The tour guide was amazing and really knowledgeable. The price was worth it for skipping the ques for the Vatican Museums alone as they were hours long and we bypassed them all and walked in straightaway. The only reason I gave it good rather than awesome was because of the amount of people allowed into the museums itself. This isn't the fault of the tour guide obviously but it meant the experience was less enjoyable in the 30 degree heat because there simply were too many people

Our guide Maria Theresa was amazing! She was very knowledgeable in aspects of the tour. She went out of her way to make sure that the whole group of 17 was taken care of. She had her eyes on everyone throughout and wouldn't let anyone get left behind. With the crowds and other tour croups pushing through she did an exceptional job of communicating with us to keep us together. She gave everyone a potty break in the middle if we needed it. Seeing the Colosseum for the first time was a wow moment. But getting inside was just amazing and with the full experience of being taken around by our knowledgeable tour guide from Inside Out Italy made it quite special. The highlight was of course seeing the whole of the Colosseum from the arena floor but we also got taken up and round different floors and seeing it from different angles. Then after the Colosseum you're taken across to the Roman Hill and Paletine. So all in all it was what I would call a thorough tour the only bit we didn't see up close was the underground part of the Colosseum but you get to see the central underground section from the arena floor anyway. Well worth doing.

The company that organized this tour did an exceptional job, handling every detail to ensure a smooth and enriching visit and helping to find the correct place. A special mention must go to our tour guide, Simona, whose passion and knowledge truly brought the Colosseum to life. She expertly navigated us through its storied past, pointing out fascinating details and sharing captivating histories that made the ancient stones speak volumes. It's a powerful reminder of the grandeur and complexity of a civilization that shaped so much of the world.
Our guide, Diego, was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent, funny and loves telling the history of his birthplace. This tour has a lot to cover in 3 hours so if you're not a fast walker/stair climber there might be better choices for you. The only downside was that we got instructions to meet in 1 location only to get there on time and be told we needed to go to a different address- for folks without internet this could be difficult. It wasn't far but was across streets, through construction, and down an alley- could have told us to meet there from the beginning.

The tour was fabulous. The tour guide, Victoria, was friendly and very knowledgeable, making our tour very educational. The area was very busy but due to the pre-booked tickets we bypassed all the queues. The tour was expensive and took in the colusseum, the Palestine Hill and the Forum. The tour was approximately 3 hours long. There were toilet stops and plenty of photo taking opportunities. The tour was conducted in English and had a radio set to ensure you could hear the guide at all times. The tour required moderate mobility with a number of steps being involved but generally was easy to manage and inside the colusseum there was an elevator. I can't recommend this tour enough.

The guide who showed us around did a fantastic job. He showed us the best and most beautiful spots of each monument. He showed a lot of interaction with the audience. I was struck by Prof Carmelo Vinciguerra's outstanding preparation as an expert in archaeology and a lover of art and his work so fascinating . Accurate and comprehensive descriptions with continuous insights . He also included for us a visit to the Church of Vismo and Damiani , vetsmente splendid, which was not included. The Colosseum was very exhaustive to us in its use, construction and fall into ruin, between earthquakes and looting. A beautiful expetience! I recommend this guide to everyone. Tour was originally booked with head out, unfortunately the guide was unable to work so they transferred us to Crown Tour's. They were very professional in their correspondence and provided multiple options including change of date or transfer to another operator. They provided clear instructions via email including new meeting point. On arrival the staff from Crown tours were friendly and professional. Our guide, Damiano was great, very knowledgeable, understanding of the groups needs and fun. The Colosseum was absolutely magnificent.

We had the guided tour with Valerio. It was great. He put a lot of effort in telling us everything about the history of the Peters Dome and Vatican City and he was able to answer all of our questions. We climed the dome and the view was fantastic. Everything was organised very well.

Outstanding guide took the group seemlessly through Saint Peter's. She allowed a couple short breaks and provided tons of information. As a religion and history teacher, learning new content is one of the best parts of traveling.

Volodymyr was great. He provided lots of really interesting facts, and was keen to offer information and insights around the interests of members of our group. I particularly liked the fact that he gave quite a balanced view - of some of the corruption over the centuries, as well as pointing out the glories of the artwork, and all the time being respectful of the culture and religion.

Our guide Maria Theresa was amazing! She was very knowledgeable in aspects of the tour. She went out of her way to make sure that the whole group of 17 was taken care of. She had her eyes on everyone throughout and wouldn't let anyone get left behind. With the crowds and other tour croups pushing through she did an exceptional job of communicating with us to keep us together. She gave everyone a potty break in the middle if we needed it. I would highly recommend this tour guide and the company as they all are professionals.

Maurizio was an amazing tour guide. His knowledge about every piece of art was sensational. 100% would do this tour again! Very seamless pickup at meeting location and walking us into Vatican City, guiding us through security. Only feedback is not on tour guide but the headsets used. The system is a bit finicky. The headphones are a bit uncomfortable. I'd say the vox or similar wired headphone systems are superior.
I am glad that I bought tickets ahead of time to avoid the long lines. It was very crowded, but we made it through. To see the Vatican museum in person was breathtaking!

The museum is really special! Patrisia, our guide, was constantly telling us about the paintings, sculptures and tapestries we encountered during our visit. I would have liked to have had more time at our disposal, not so fast forward
The spaces visited are, of course, incredible. Given the impossibility of visiting all the halls and galleries of the museums (18 km), the choice of route is excellent and the guide was extraordinary in the detail and care she took in her explanations and care for the group.

Our visit was 2 fold. #1 it was for our son graduating high school. Instead of a party, he wanted to travel. #2 our son became a Catholic at Easter time so this visit was a no brainer. Visiting the Vatican City was an amazing. experience. Our guide, Natalina was superb as she was so knowledgeable, and was able to skilfully assess the specific needs of our small group and tailor the tour appropriately. I paid extra to have a bus tour for the garden for my family of 5, knowing my youngest child would get tired from walking. I asked my tour guide where the bus is and she said I had to purchase that separately and that it's too late for it now to change . We walked over an hour outdoors in the garden, very difficult for my child. Everyone was tired later to view the inside museums and wanted to go home instead . Very disappointed

This was an ok tour. We only really booked this because last minute it was the only way I could find acccess to the Sisitne chappel. The skip the line into the Museum was valuable though, since it was so busy when we went. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Vatican is so vast that it was nice to have someone explain some things, however, I feel like a lot got skipped over. I would have prefered to do the museum on my own so that I could take my time looking around. This was really quite expensive for what it was.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided great context in her explanations and answers to our questions. We were able to breeze by the lines with our ticket, and she helped show us the important pieces of the Vatican (included the Sistine Chapel). It helped having a guide, as without one, we probably would not have known we had acccess to certain parts of the museum (that were roped off).

We loved our guided tour of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Maria, the guide, was funny and nice. She also made sure to find shaded areas for us to stand in as much as possible since the day of the tour was extremely hot.

I was struck by Prof Carmelo Vinciguerra's outstanding preparation as an expert in archaeology and a lover of art and his work so fascinating . Accurate and comprehensive descriptions with continuous insights . He also included for us a visit to the Church of Vismo and Damiani , vetsmente splendid, which was not included. Tour was originally booked with head out, unfortunately the guide was unable to work so they transferred us to Crown Tour's. They were very professional in their correspondence and provided multiple options including change of date or transfer to another operator. They provided clear instructions via email including new meeting point. On arrival the staff from Crown tours were friendly and professional. Our guide, Damiano was great, very knowledgeable, understanding of the groups needs and fun. The Colosseum was absolutely magnificent.

It was a relaxing way to see many sights and orient ourselves in such a big city. The ability to get off to explore and pick up another bus to continue was so useful. Best views are upstairs but that can be hot!!
The organization and the change from digital to analogue tickets went without a hitch👍 In Rome, it just takes a very long time to get on the bus and the waiting times at some stops are also immensely long!😵💫
Staff always on hand to help/support. Pretty frequent buses although from our experience I wouldn't say it was every 15mins, closer to every 30mins but that's just a minor thing. Live bus scan option was really good and was pretty accurate too.

Hello 1 the bus driver wasn't welcoming or smiling, he couldn't speak English, I asked him a question he didn't even bother to tell me he didn't understand me 2 the bus was full and we were left standing 3 the waiting time at the stop was 15 minutes longer than mentioned by law

The buses don't run every 15-20 minutes. We definitely had to wait longer. Many of the audio guides for the headphones on the bus were broken. Too little information at some monuments, we would have liked more. The music was annoying. Otherwise everything worked well.
We had a 48-hour ticket and had the impression that the other providers used more buses. We always had to wait more than 30 minutes at the bus stops. During this time, the competitors ran 1 - 2 buses more.
It was very nice but because of the very busy weekend due to the Pope's inauguration, very busy on the road. It is easy to take this bus and convenient. We were also allowed to take the yellow bus and we waited for 45 minutes. After asking a lot of times it turned out that there are only 3 yellow buses and that was not clear. Bit of a pity.

It was a wonderful experience despite a lot of crowds waiting to get in. The line at first was huge but it went pretty quick. The only part where it was really hard because of the crowds was the pope tombs. Anyway, very nice experience!

Very comfortable tour...a nice idea to visit Rome without moving on foot! Recommended!!!
The route is well thought out! However, the stops are far apart. The buses are old and uncomfortable! The drivers are not friendly!
The bus tour was interesting and well-organized, with the opportunity to discover lesser-known churches and monuments often overlooked by classic tourist routes. The explanations during the tour were clear and engaging, and allowed for a better appreciation of the history and beauty of the places visited. Only critical point: on the website a departure point from Termini Station is indicated, but it is not specified that this is only valid until 2:30 pm. In the afternoon, in fact, it is necessary to reach another stop about 300 meters away. In the summer heat, this displacement may be inconvenient. I would therefore advise the organizers to indicate more clearly on the website the exact times and actual stops to avoid inconvenience. Overall, a positive experience that I recommend, especially for those who want to get to know a less obvious Rome.

Initially we weren't on "the list" perhaps due to booking a day prior to the event. We were told to wait until everyone was checked in and was escorted over to a guide. She was amazing. I wish I knew her name to give her an A++ review she deserved. She got us to the front of the line and the best aisle seats to view Pope Leo. Memories to last a lifetime!!
I loved being able to be in the papal audience but all the agency does is accompany you to the entrance, when in the Vatican they DO NOT CHARGE. The entrance is to arrive early and line up to enter, if you talk about some history of the Vatican but in the end what you want is to get there and enter.
We got to see the Pope! Our guide Rudy led us through the security checks quickly and showed us where to take a seat to have a good view.
I thought there would be more provided than the free papal audience ticket and the guide walking us into vatican city. The guides were wonderful, and the information he provided was great, but there was really only 15 minutes worth of information. I think I would prefer to save money next time that I want to participate the Papal Audience. We turned in our whisper devices as soon as we arrived at the seats, so there was really very limited amount of description of the papal audience.
Our guide worked very hard to get his small group up close to the viewing - he had an asssociate who was working with him steering him to front row seats! Along the way he explained the up-coming Papal procession, the Vatican state, the Swiss guards and general history. Well Done!

I loved seeing the Pope, this excursion really didn't help that. I could have done it without the tour. If I had gotten in line when I arrived at the meeting spot I would have been in a better position. We were asked to arrive at 6:30 , we didn't leave to get in line until 7:40 by then the line was very long., and we had to get in line at the end of the line.
