Seeing the Colessoum was really amazing experience and all that roman architecture was breath taking . Our tour guide was really good in explaining the nuances . I forgot her name
Our tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable. We had a great experience.
Very fun and interesting walking tour through the heart of Rome. Our guide Elena took us from the Spanish Steps to the Trevi Fountain, the famous Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. She had a detailed knowledge of Rome and its history, was always attentive to the group and could explain a lot in an understandable and entertaining way. The ticketing process was fast, the meeting point/time instructions clear and accurate.
Friendly guide with adequate knowledge about history. Excellent communicating skill.
Headout made it very simple to book, and also to locate the tour.
excellent guide very knowledgeable . I was very impressed.
My flight was so delayed getting in that I missed the walking tour. Then I spent another 14 euro to just do the Pantheon and was not able to find the tour group. It was a rough day.
Guide was difficult to understand. It was my last day but one of the worst tours

Very friendly and helpful. I was a bit lost to get to the meeting point, they effectively help me out to get there so I would not miss my tour. Very grateful! The tour experience was very interesting, Dinara was very knowledgeable and accessible to respond to any enquiries!
Dinara was an excellent guide she explained everything, answered all our questions and gave us useful info on the city's main attractions . Definitely would recommend to book a tour with her !
Our guide, Vladmir, was always very attentive to the tourists, providing us with a wealth of information about the history of the monuments and the architecture of the period. He illustrated each element in great detail, narrating the history impeccably.

I wasn't able to find the tour, so I miss it
The tour was entirely in English, a language we're not fluent in. The guide spoke far too fast.

Dynara is an excellent guide; she talks fluently, and she gives us so many details! Unfortunately in Trevi Fountain was no water, but the architecture is breathtaking 💛
Dan is a great local guide! He made sure everyone would have fun and be informed about Rome.
It was a really nice tour with our guide Domenica. She explained a lot, very nicely and actual for these days. She pointed the main things in every place we have been with her but it didn't became boring like it often happens when you book a guide. So 5 stars with excellence for her ❤️
Very good experience, I recommend 100% the agency and its guides.

A great experience, the guide Dan gave us a very detailed tour, I recommend it.
An advert written entirely in French on the app misled me when I bought the tickets with a guide. When I got there, I realized that the guide was English-speaking. It was written in the advert and I hadn't seen it. There's no way of getting reimbursed for a mistake, and that's not normal. As a result, I lost 45€ and they gained 45€, well done!

Superb visit despite the crowds due to the basilica being closed in the morning. The guide was perfect, full of anecdotes and attention to detail, conveying his passion and love for this monument. The climb up to the dome was well worth it, with its magnificent 360° view of Rome and Vatican City. The only downside is that the meeting point is poorly signposted, as it's a guide with a flag that shouldn't be blue. And it would be simpler to have a bus stop for the meeting point or a reserved room.

The church itself was amazing, but our guide topped it with an engaged, huomoristic and very interesting tour. We really learned a lot from him and we all had a great experience and it was worth all the money.
We loved the overall experience and our tour guide was awesome and very knowledgeable. She explained everything patiently and thoroughly. We highly recommend this tour.
We had a very nice tour, especially the guide was very, very nice, knowledgeable, very well read and above all friendly. You could ask him questions, he explained everything, took a toilet break and always kept an eye on his group!!!! I would recommend such a tour!!! It's really worth the money. There was so much going on, yet he kept calm and kept on explaining. We took away so much from this tour, including the history.....If you do a tour like this on your own you don't get this information at all. Thank you very much

Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. What I didn't like was that it said it was a 2 hour tour and it was to start at 8:25 which it did however one of the most things I was looking forward to was the dome climb. Since the description said 2 hours I felt comfortable scheduling another tour at noon. We were still in line at 11:15 for the climb and we had to miss what I was really looking forward to to make sure we made our next tour. I would suggest in your description that the dome climb isn't until the end of the tour and that your tour can last upwards of 3-4 hours long. Since that was one of my highlights of your tour description we then went back after our other tour and then had to pay more to do the dome climb.
Good, a little disorganized and a lot of wasted time. But it was good. I went off on my own to explore, because the history can be googled or read in the library, most people already read and heard, then come to SEE it . Tour guide needs to focus on getting people inside, taking them to various biblical status, and areas, for pictures. This is not a history class, we only had 1-2hrs , but our tour guide spent 40 mins telling us stories and history outside and on the door way, While I applaud her of her knowledge, however this is not a history class, 6 of us had other tours scheduled right afterwards, so we left the tour midway to explore the Basilica on our own, including the Tomb areas underneath.
We had an unforgettable tour. Even though we thought we had booked an audio tour, we absolutely did not regret the guided tour. Alexandra is a very enthusiastic guide with extensive knowledge about St. Peter's and the Vatican. Her English is very good! Also highly recommended for visitors who have been to St. Peter's before!

I had an incredible experience on the St. Peter’s Basilica Guided Tour. Our guide was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable about the rich history and architecture of the basilica. I walked away with a much deeper appreciation and understanding of this iconic site. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Vatican!
This was my first Headout experience and it was A+! First of all, our guide, Brigitta, was wonderful! So many informations and fun facts, she was also full of humor and funny comments, it was so nice! She really made us feel close to Rome, Vatican and their history. She eas really easy to talk to and that means a lot! The climb wasn't hard, whole 551 steps. The crowd on top was big, but that is what happens with big turistic places. Our trip was so much better because we had this day in the Vatican!
Brigida was a fabulous guide, we learnt such a lot & loved the whole experience. I highly recommend this tour and this company.
We had a wonderful tour with a very engaging guide who gave a lovely balance of facts and information with regard to art, construction, architecture and religion. She also catered to the needs of younger kids in the group as well as adults from different backgrounds.
Our guide was super knowledgeable really enjoyed the whole experience only downside people from group go missing and then we have to wait as guide tries phoning Why are people so selfish
We had a great guided tour of St. Peter's Basilica with Michaela. You can tell that she has a lot of heart, wit and a wealth of knowledge. You should plan at least 4 hours for the tour of this wonderful St. Peter's Basilica if you also want to go up to the dome. It was a very special moment for me when I came out of the grottoes and up into St. Peter's Basilica. It was an absolute WOW moment that overwhelmed me. After the tour, you still have time to climb the dome and go through the Holy Door (only in 2025 and then again in 25 years), past Michelangelo's Pietá. On Michaela's recommendation, we took a short break in a side chapel where neither cell phones nor talking are allowed. A guided tour of St. Peter's Basilica is an absolute must, because otherwise you never get to know all the background information. A big thank you to the organizer and to Michaela.

Visiting the Colosseum, or "Coliseu" as it's known in Portuguese, is an absolutely breathtaking experience that transports you back to the heart of ancient Rome. Standing within those colossal ruins, you can almost hear the roar of the crowds and imagine the gladiatorial contests that once took place on the arena floor. The sheer scale of Roman engineering is awe-inspiring, and exploring the intricate levels, from the underground hypogeum where animals and gladiators awaited their fate, to the upper tiers offering panoramic views of the entire amphitheater, truly brings history to life. The company that organized this tour did an exceptional job, handling every detail to ensure a smooth and enriching visit and helping to find the correct place. A special mention must go to our tour guide, Simona, whose passion and knowledge truly brought the Colosseum to life. She expertly navigated us through its storied past, pointing out fascinating details and sharing captivating histories that made the ancient stones speak volumes. It's a powerful reminder of the grandeur and complexity of a civilization that shaped so much of the world.
Our guide, Diego, was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent, funny and loves telling the history of his birthplace. This tour has a lot to cover in 3 hours so if you're not a fast walker/stair climber there might be better choices for you. The only downside was that we got instructions to meet in 1 location only to get there on time and be told we needed to go to a different address- for folks without internet this could be difficult. It wasn't far but was across streets, through construction, and down an alley- could have told us to meet there from the beginning.
The highlight of my visit was our guide Bruno was the best, he is an archaeologist and explained very clearly. Fantastic

I don't think I could have done this tour on my own. So much to see & learn in this tour, deeply enriched in history. Our guide explained so much in the time we were with her, & her ability to be patient & direct us around the huge crowds & other tour groups was well done. Thank you for an amazing tour & the opportunity to walk away with so much knowledge & many photos
We came to Rome for the first time at the end of April and this visit to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum was a must. The tour was incredible from start to finish. Had an absolutely amazing day. Made so by the knowledge and enthusiasm of our guide. It was fantastic to see it but more fantastic to know it.
The tour was Awesome! We had Eliane, a Brazilian historian, she was Pationate and very knowledgeable about history and the details. I was impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm. You can tell when someone loves what they do and she definitely is a person that loves what she does. Take a hat with you, it was very sunny and we walk a lot during this tour.
Our guide Flavia was so knowledgeable, and never short of interesting facts and little things to show us throughout the whole tour. We got so much more out of our visit thanks to her, would thoroughly recommend.
Our enthusiastic guide Laura Antonucci really helped "flesh out" what we were seeing at the Forum, Palatinr Hill & Colosseum, with helpful colour illustrations & many details to bring it all to life! We appreciated the clear fantastic English & the response to questions in our all adult group. They found shade when possible which was appreciated, built in a well timed 🚾 stop, as well advising us of the lift for seniors who needed it. Cannot recommend enough!
The tour guide (Diego) was excellent, had a lot of knowledge and was very pleasant. The places visited were very interesting and came with a lot of detailing. Definetly recommend!
Except that you guys misidentify the location, where you meet the guide and no one comes to the meeting point to pick you up it was a great experience with a great guide. Lots of background information.

Superb tour, interesting and fun. Great guide! Beautiful landscapes, lots of memories! The only downside was that the meeting place was very poorly signposted, so it was a difficult moment.

The best part of our tour of the Colosseum, the Forum, and Palatine Hill was definitely our tour guide. She was knowledgeable and had a great way of delivering her message, even a little joke now and then. The sites are awesome inspiring given their age, construction, and purposes.
I went on a very cozy, private tour with Marle Robinson, with three other tourists. Marle was amazingly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories from history throughout the experience. She's very sharp and witty, with a lot of funny jokes to keep us engaged. At the same time, she was very attentive to our needs, making sure we remained hydrated, never strayed too far from each other and had ample time to snap a couple of photos. The tour gave us fast track entry to the venues and we were able to coast through the sites swiftly due to the sheer size of the company. It's very clear that our guide is passionate about the topics covered during the tour, being a practising scholar herself. This tour is highly recommended!

Maurizio was an amazing tour guide. His knowledge about every piece of art was sensational. 100% would do this tour again! Very seamless pickup at meeting location and walking us into Vatican City, guiding us through security. Only feedback is not on tour guide but the headsets used. The system is a bit finicky. The headphones are a bit uncomfortable. I'd say the vox or similar wired headphone systems are superior.
I am glad that I bought tickets ahead of time to avoid the long lines. It was very crowded, but we made it through. To see the Vatican museum in person was breathtaking!
The guide was knowledgeable and personable. I loved it! However, I think it should have been written somewhere anyway since the ticket bought also covered the Sistine Chapel, which would be closed as of April 28.This was not indicated anywhere.

Due to indisposition of the guide for the Vatican Museums, we had our booked visit varied to include the Vatican gardens. Still, it was a good experience, expertly illustrated by the lady who guided us. The presence of a very large audience somewhat marred our expectations so we will repeat the experience in quieter times. Thank you.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! She taught us so much about the Vatican and explained the most important aspects of what we were seeing. We were able to skip the long lines. It was easy to find our meeting point. I would highly recommend booking with them. Worth every penny!!
Absolutely amazing seeing all of those incredible works of art. It would take a lifetime to see and hear the history behind all of the priceless works.
The service was exceptional. We arrived late, quite upset as our plans had not worked out as we hoped, expecting to be told that we'd missed our tour. Alex (or Alec?) quickly took us to the Vatican entrance where he was able to locate our guide and your group. We couldn't be more thankful for him for that. Lucia, our guide, was informative and helpful, offering to take photos of group members at different points on the tour. We will use this company again and highly recommend them to other tourists.

Very efficient staff at meeting point. Absolutely brilliant guide( Frederica) who was exceptionally knowledgeable. She gave us a lot of information naturally as opposed to parrot fashion. We had time to ask questions too. She was friendly and helpful. The tour lasted almost three hours and the time passed so quickly. This is a fantastic tour which we recommend 100%.
we were fortunate to be accompanied by a very kind and very knowledgeable guide who made the visit interesting in the delirium of a bewildering overcrowding . without the guide so comprehensive would have been an " ordeal " devoid of interest in a unique place in the world . congratulations to the guide , and to Vs organization .

The vending machines didn't take big notes or cards so we didn't have a chance to get water and it wasn't made clear to us that we wouldn't have access to water once inside the gardens, this unfortunately made it difficult to enjoy. We also thought it was a bus tour around the garden. There are way too many people going through the museums and the Sistine chapel, it was uncomfortable and overpriced to be packed in like sardines. Would not recommend d.
The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable; however, I was expecting more in-depth information about the artworks displayed in the museum. Some of the explanations felt a bit superficial.
Seeing The Vatican, was a highlight however there was such large crowds and lines. It was difficult to manage. Our Tour got started late because of change in meeting location and some of the other group was quite late. The headset was not working most of the time and our guide was difficult to understand. We felt like we were just in line for hours and being moved around like cattle. What we did get to see was fabulous, but it was not worth the tour. I would definitely do it another way next time.

I really liked being told about the history of the Coliseum from Emperor Nero to how it stands today. The skip the line part was also convenient given the line outside. Our guide was pretty cool and the tidbits that he told throughout helped to connect with the place. Access to Palatine hill which was granted by the ticket was one of my favorite places. Personally I wish the guide had shown some more enthusiasm and amidst all the noise, his speech felt a little too fast at times to understand everything.
Giovanna was truly knowledgeable, kind, funny witty, and lived her visuals and sharp leen ability to catapult our small group back in time.
I didn't like that one day before they changed the schedule I had chosen. The guide was good but they did not respect the one that included headphones, and although there were only 4 of us, it would have been better to have headphones because as there are many people, suddenly the information is lost a little.

Hello This tour was very expensive: 75 euros for just two hours is too much. The tour was good, but the excessive price didn't seem justified. The regular entrance fee is not high, so you pay a lot for the rest. I don't think your guide collects 60 euros a head. We took this only option to enter at this time and you changed our time from 15:00 to 9:00 without any explanation . Disappointing that too. I will not recommend you.

We were on the Borguese Museum at the 1000hrs tour on Sat. March 22, 2025. It was a very enriching experience, thanks to our guide Scarlet. She deserves a standing ovation due to the professionalism she demonstrated during the two hours of the tour. Grateful, Rocío and Eric Cohen Panamá, Rep. of Panama
The guide was passionate and fascinating. She told us a lot about the history of art and the sculptures and paintings were very interesting and magnificent.

Excellent tour and the lighting this time of day was really beautiful.
Jan was an excellent and knowledgeable guide and made the whole experience fun. And unlike other tours their sound system was actually comfortable and worked properly. Jan was also willing to answer any questions we had no matter how crazy they were!
