The reservation was very easy, without any problem. And the visit of everything included in the pack was great. A totally recommendable experience.

I fell in love with Roma since playing Assassin's Creed games and after seeing it with my eyes, I'm still surprised how on earth everything was built...

Everything was perfect. Everything went smoothly with the tickets, we didn't have to wait long and had plenty of time to see everything.

No need to wait in line. Of course, do not go in summer, the heat is unbearable and you do not enjoy the visit. And if you can take a guide to tell you the story better because otherwise you only see stones.

Goosebumps when You realize the piece of history related with Colosseum. I wonder if this walls could talk what we can hear... Unfortunately traffic is so horrible that You loose the appetite for detailed sightseeing. Anyway this is "backet list" If You're going to visit Rome.

The visit to the Imperial Forums was very interesting, no less so than the visit to the Colosseum ( I had already done this one cmq). The scheduled entrance turned out very well. The waiting times were short(this was also because I had booked the entrance at 9.45 am). Overall I can consider the whole thing good

Long and interesting tour, Colosseum, Palatine and fori are a place where time stands still and despite the many tourists you can stop in the shade to imagine the 'empire and rest.

The experience was very good as far as the purchase of the tickets and audio went. The Colosseum is definitely worth a visit, but the huge crowds made the viewing experience very slow and at times unpleasant. The lines for the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill were so long that we decided to not complete the tour.

Our experience was very good. We had purchased Skip the Line tickets. We didn’t have any trouble with waiting times at all. It’s definitely worth getting Skip the Line tickets.

Everything went well, I really enjoyed going to the Colosseum and learning about the history of Rome.

The guide who showed us around did a fantastic job. He showed us the best and most beautiful spots of each monument. He showed a lot of interaction with the audience. He even helped take the pictures; afterwards, he helped me and my friends get a bite to eat nearby. Top experience! As a result, he received a tip from us that was more than deserved!

I was struck by Prof Carmelo Vinciguerra's outstanding preparation as an expert in archaeology and a lover of art and his work so fascinating . Accurate and comprehensive descriptions with continuous insights . He also included for us a visit to the Church of Vismo and Damiani , vetsmente splendid, which was not included. The Colosseum was very exhaustive to us in its use, construction and fall into ruin, between earthquakes and looting. A beautiful expetience! I recommend this guide to everyone. Tour was originally booked with head out, unfortunately the guide was unable to work so they transferred us to Crown Tour's. They were very professional in their correspondence and provided multiple options including change of date or transfer to another operator. They provided clear instructions via email including new meeting point. On arrival the staff from Crown tours were friendly and professional. Our guide, Damiano was great, very knowledgeable, understanding of the groups needs and fun. The Colosseum was absolutely magnificent.

The visit was good, but a bit rushed, especially the part of the Roman Forum. The guide answered all our questions and was well informed.

My 13 year old daughter and I love Roman history and our guide made it come to life. Despite searing July heat, it was truly an amazing experience that we both would wholeheartedly recommend.

Brazilian from Garça, SP, visiting the Colosseum inside in July 2025, the guide spoke Spanish, it was easy to understand, bring a bottle of water and a hat and come with sneakers and shorts.

Seeing the Colosseum for the first time was a wow moment. But getting inside was just amazing and with the full experience of being taken around by our knowledgeable tour guide from Inside Out Italy made it quite special. The highlight was of course seeing the whole of the Colosseum from the arena floor but we also got taken up and round different floors and seeing it from different angles. Then after the Colosseum you're taken across to the Roman Hill and Paletine. So all in all it was what I would call a thorough tour the only bit we didn't see up close was the underground part of the Colosseum but you get to see the central underground section from the arena floor anyway. Well worth doing.

The company that organized this tour did an exceptional job, handling every detail to ensure a smooth and enriching visit and helping to find the correct place. A special mention must go to our tour guide, Simona, whose passion and knowledge truly brought the Colosseum to life. She expertly navigated us through its storied past, pointing out fascinating details and sharing captivating histories that made the ancient stones speak volumes. It's a powerful reminder of the grandeur and complexity of a civilization that shaped so much of the world.

Our guide, Diego, was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent, funny and loves telling the history of his birthplace. This tour has a lot to cover in 3 hours so if you're not a fast walker/stair climber there might be better choices for you. The only downside was that we got instructions to meet in 1 location only to get there on time and be told we needed to go to a different address- for folks without internet this could be difficult. It wasn't far but was across streets, through construction, and down an alley- could have told us to meet there from the beginning.

The highlight of my visit was our guide Bruno was the best, he is an archaeologist and explained very clearly. Fantastic

I don't think I could have done this tour on my own. So much to see & learn in this tour, deeply enriched in history. Our guide explained so much in the time we were with her, & her ability to be patient & direct us around the huge crowds & other tour groups was well done. The tour was fabulous. The tour guide, Victoria, was friendly and very knowledgeable, making our tour very educational. The area was very busy but due to the pre-booked tickets we bypassed all the queues. The tour was expensive and took in the colusseum, the Palestine Hill and the Forum. The tour was approximately 3 hours long. There were toilet stops and plenty of photo taking opportunities. The tour was conducted in English and had a radio set to ensure you could hear the guide at all times. The tour required moderate mobility with a number of steps being involved but generally was easy to manage and inside the colusseum there was an elevator. I can't recommend this tour enough.

The guide Susanna was great, punctuality met, very helpful and knowledgeable-all excellent. In addition, we discovered an excellent Molise restaurant for breakfast and lunch, near the agency from which the tour starts and tickets are picked up.

Very good experience, Joaquina (our guide in Spanish) a success!!!! We were able to make our dream come true and the tour was more than we expected, her kindness and patience to explain everything was the top of the tour. Highly recommended. What we liked the most was not having to wait in the long lines and the complications to enter St. Peter's Basilica, since being part of the tour allows you to access everything faster!

Paulina was a star! In the heat and in the crowds she led our group through the Vatican museum, Sistine chapel and led us to St Peter's Basilica (where she did pre instruction as she cannot guide there. Our family learned a lot we would not know without the tour.

The guided tour was great, the guide was very funny and explained things very well. Cutting all the queues was great. I recommend it in French, we were with Paolo 😊👍🏼!

Our guide Marta was very knowledgeable and nice. She was a great storyteller and gave great background throughout the tour in each area. The tour was good and I would recommend them. We had a very nice time on this tour and it went to all the spots we wanted. The description is accurate on what you get with the tour. I only have one suggestion - and that is during times with extreme crowds, it is important to ensure that all of the group is accounted for. My husband and I (and another girl we didn't know) were separated during the tour in a critical area to short cut into the Sistine Chapel. The group was given 15 minutes there, but because we were lost and took the long way, buy the time we got there, we were rushed and didn't get the time the rest of the group had. Please make sure to keep the group together. I do understand it is very hard because of the crowds, so this situation alone would not keep me from taking this tour with this tour group again as everything else in the tour was great.

I recommend this tour and I wish you to find a guide like ours, Antonella.... explained opera by opera.... exciting us and telling us anecdotes . If you choose the skip the line it is better because it will allow you not to stand in endless lines Under the hot sun as in beautiful July! We visited the Vatican museums, the Sistine Chapel and the Basilica. Inside the tour you will find a couple of fountains where you can refill your water bottles. Comfortable shoes and shoulders covered !!! And have fun !!!

The audio thing does not work good. I had difficulty about hearing. The guide is good and I thing very necessary. Before getting tickets be sure to read all of the information about tour, what you need to and do not need to do. Very crowdy so be ready to this

Skipping the line was absolutely amazing!!!! The tour guide was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable wonderful tour would not have been the same without her!

Our guide Maria Theresa was amazing! She was very knowledgeable in aspects of the tour. She went out of her way to make sure that the whole group of 17 was taken care of. She had her eyes on everyone throughout and wouldn't let anyone get left behind. With the crowds and other tour croups pushing through she did an exceptional job of communicating with us to keep us together. She gave everyone a potty break in the middle if we needed it. I would highly recommend this tour guide and the company as they all are professionals.

The crowds were very heavy for the jubilee but our guide was wonderful in directing us and keeping us focused on the important details on the museum and Basilica!

Very complete visit, the meeting point very easy to locate. I would have liked to have been able to enjoy a little more of the Sistine Chapel, but there were many people and we passed quickly. Otherwise everything was great !!!!

Marketa was a fantastic guide and teacher. The underground/arena floor was our favorite part of the colosseum itself, but we were not ready for the beauty of Palatine Hill and its views. We had a fantastic group and Marketa made it a very special day.

We were denied access despite having tickets, we paid a lot of money for these, they said they ran out of tickets as they are only allowed a certain amount, they stated they emailed us about this and we did not get one. In fact, I revcievrd an email that morning confirming entry. The guides helper that was there tried to help us figure this out, I tried calling and emailing and I have yet to get a refund, very disappointed in this vendor.

We almost missed our tour because meeting point directions were wrong, regardless that we had been half an hr early. We had to be rushed in to find our guide so we could make it. Our guide Paulo was fantastic tho, very informative, clear and friendly

The guide was wonderful and very insightful. But we had small bags and were told last minute they could not be brought in. The colloseum staff themselves were so rude. We had to pay extra money to store our bags but once that was done it was lovely.

Everything worked out wonderfully and we had access to ALL the sights on the Pallatine and in the forum romanum. Be sure to use the entrance at the triumphal arch to the Pallatine. Hardly any waiting time.

Almost 24 hours to receive my tickets... I thought it was a scam...

A disgrace. I bought the ticket and until they did not send me the mail, I did not realize that they expired after thirty days. I wrote explaining that they would have to warn me before and they told me not to worry that they would be valid. Today, the day of the visit, I was very embarrassed in line at the forum because the tickets were not valid. were not valid. I have already written an email because I expect my money back. It seems like a scam to me.

Nothing, because the name of the ticket is misleading. Fraud! It's also not clear how you can book free tickets for children. I paid twice because I actually wanted to go to the Kolloseum. Thanks for nothing!

Nothing I waited in a queue only to be told my ticket was invalid

This area of Rome is one of my favorites. The last time we were here it didn't require tickets. I was disheartened as the lines were long and the tickets they were selling included the Colosseum which we had already toured. I jumped online and had these tickets on my phone in 5 minutes. I would definitely say this is one of the the must-sees in Rome!

Easy access, I went in at the Forum and then onto the Palatine at the Arch of Titus. I didn't have time for the other sights.

The location, however it would take a guided tour with more signage you don't understand where you have to go to see everything

The experience was awful. I was denied entry because the ticket you sent me had expired. I wrote to and called customer service many times. They were slow and ultimately unable to provide a solution. After waiting for hours, I requested a cancellation and am still waiting for a refund. Very poor service.

Very poor information on where to start the Colosseum tour. The staff sent us to different places, and when we finally got the right information, the guide was no longer there. We received no email to assist us. We did the tour on our own.
